This is the very 1st time I have ever adopted a dog. Your practice was listed providing a complementary exam within the 7 days after the adoption. I was hoping for more information regarding the medication listed on the dog s medical summary report provided by the Humane Society (Nexgard & Heartgard, etc.) that we were told to follow-up on. So far I still don t know how to obtain more medication for my dog and how frequent he needs to take it etc. What is the approximate cost, etc? All I know is that I am suppose to come back for a booster in a few weeks. One or two, not sure. Also I am not sure the approximate cost of this follow up visit and the vaccine boosters. Being a first time dog owner, I would appreciate being provided with this kind of information so I can be more informed and make appropriate decisions. Also my address was misspelled, so not sure how that happened.

The checkout process was a bit of a mess. I was trying to confirm the billing but the girl wasn’t able to explain it or understand what was going on. She seemed overwhelmed as there was people waiting behind me. Also someone brought out my dog after the procedure before I could get an explanation and before payment. Another dog in the office was trying to play with my dog was in no condition or mood for. I feel that they shouldn’t have been brought out to the very end after I paid and had free hands to hold and everything was explained to me so that it was a more safe and organized environment for my dog.

Everything was great except when we went into a room there was a needle cap and 3 pieces of dog food on the counter. It told me the room wasn’t cleaned before we got in. I had to ask for it to be sanitized. My puppy doesn’t have all get shots so I was nervous about the counter.

Doctors and the staff are always very kind and respectful. I appreciate their service and hospitality.
