I really appreciate the staff here at Surf Paws. They are always kind and caring with my pup and treat her with love and comfort.

Due to COVID, we could not go into the exam room with Honey. The tech took her in and left her alone for a while. Honey was super agitated and running all over the room. She started chewing on her leash and succeeded in chewing through it. It was very traumatizing to watch. I called and no one answered the main line. I called again and then the tech answered and went into the room. While I appreciate the 15% discount, it did not even cover the cost of a new leash and of course the experience left us questioning her care. Please have Dr. M. call to discuss.

As always everyone was wonderful. Unfortunately , Bash’s skin causes frequent visits,but Bash really loves all the staff. With restrictions the way they are not being able to be with him and him being a spirited puppy the staff does great with him . Many Mahalos for keeping my boy healthy.

All five stars! My dog had a bad bladder infection and I was able to get her seen within 45 minutes of my call. Surfpaws is very accommodating. The staff are always friendly and helpful, always. Dr. M is so caring and treats your pet like the only patient she has, even when she’s back to back with appointments.she’s super great!

All the staff has been amazingly patient with our new puppy questions and concerns. Time was taken to thoughtfully respond to our questions and medications were explained in great detail. We feel comfortable (and relieved) knowing puppy is in good hands when we take puppy to see the Surf Paws family for all vet visits! They made the covid process so much easier than we’ve experienced in the past at other vets! We were able to watch through the window and still actually speak to the vet in person outside. Thank you so much for seeing our little guy so quickly!
