SurfPaws has always met the needs of my Rottie to my satisfaction. Dr M. and her staff are highly professional, well informed practitioners, pleasant and welcoming individuals. I always feel like family when I visit (and even now with covid-19) they still make me feel like I m welcome, at a distance! hahah!

I had a difficult time pressing the stars, I give five stars to all questions. We called in and Dr, was booked. She was kind enough to fit our dog Chica in. We are so grateful! Sur Paws has been nothing but the best in in the 11 years we have had our pet. Thank you!!! I do wish you folks had a emergency care. After hours. We have to drive to the emergency on Kapiolani and are so scared when in a emergency. 25 minutes away. Thanks again, that is in no way a complaint, just a suggestion.

My dog loves Dr.M and her staff and always wags his tail when he is with them-even after they give him his shots.
