Claudia was very friendly and engaging as she always is. Hoku is very very reluctant to visit with the vet. Surfpaws takes this into consideration so that time is very efficiently spent. Surfpaws always tries its best to accommodate its patients. I really appreciate Surfpaws!

The only thing that I would like is the letter of findings or results when send the receipt or invoice because we don’t physically see or talk to each other. I would feel better knowing what’s happening with my fur babes. Thank you for all you do. Seriously, you guys are wonderful staff.

Our dog had an open sore and despite a full schedule I was allowed to drop off early am and informed that Dr. M would take care of her between appointments. By 8:48 am I was called and our dog was ready for pick up with explanation of what happened and meds. Our little one is known by SP to be a little anxious when not with us so the quick attention during a busy schedule could not be more appreciated!
