My dog GONTA likes to visit your office. I can tell by his behavior on our way. He is the most quiet and scary-cat dog among other 4 members of his own family who passed away recently. Usually, he would not get out of car wherever he goes unlike other four. But going to your clinic, he gets out of car right away which is very unusual. I would like to ask him if I could speak his language. I am sure that he would say I like all the peole out there everytime driving 20 minutes. And I am thankful always for your best care for him. My recently adopted dog came with a lot of health issues. The day I noticed something was wrong, Surf Paws made the time for my dog to be seen. I so much appreciate Dr. Cristina and her staff! I have to also mention I fully appreciate being able to see my dogs health information on their online data base. Thanks again Surf Paws!

It was very pleasant today. Peaceful. Everyone was really nice and very gentle with Koa. I appreciate that the staff there knows my dog and always remembers him when he comes in. Feels more like family than a vet visit.

It has been difficult to adjust to this new procedure and I feel that all my concerns are not addressed because there is a difference between seeing the veterinarian in person and talking with them via phone. But Dr. Stevens has my fullest confidence.

We are new to the practice. My dog had a swollen ear flap and I needed to get her in right away. Our regular vet couldn t see her so I contacted Surf Paws. They were able to see her that day and have been so wonderful, checking in on her, friendly and loving. We are now switching to Surf Paws for good!

We expected to speak with the attending doctor to find out how the exam went but she never came out to speak to us. We were always being explained by our doctor in person how my dogs were after the exam so it was a bit strange experience. Especially my dog is old.

I appreciated the initial heads up that they were behind and that it would be longer that I shouldn’t wait around but I was surprised she was not done until 3.5 hours later just for her pads to be groomed. I ended up calling to find out at 3 hours what her status was. Otherwise no complaints as everyone is really wonderful.
