You guys were great!

I appreciated the initial heads up that they were behind and that it would be longer that I shouldn’t wait around but I was surprised she was not done until 3.5 hours later just for her pads to be groomed. I ended up calling to find out at 3 hours what her status was. Otherwise no complaints as everyone is really wonderful.

It was unclear what the diagnosis is. We will call on Tuesday to talk to Dr M instead

Able to get appointment easily. Like that you came to our car to get our guinea pig Mocha. Doctor was great at answering my questions and explaining what Mocha needed, and 1 week follow-up.

We were so blown away with the awesome care and service on our first visit to Surf Paws yesterday. I feel like our puppy is in very good hand. Thanks, Dr. M and staff for all you do.

I waited in the parking lot for two hours, much longer than I was led to expect. If you are doing curbside pick-up, please be more considerate of your clients and suggest that they might wait at home if the appointment is going to take quite a while.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions on appointments were implemented. Appointment was handled in a Very professional manner. Extremely stress free. TY to Dr. M and entire staff. Happy to be able to still bring our little one to get check up.
