We have been coming there for years and cannot for the life of us understand how and why Stephanie is still there in a front desk/customer service capacity!!! She has terrible (NONE) customer service or phone skills and yet she is the front line of your business!!! EVERYONE else there is fantastic as far as customer service, compassion and empathy!!! Every single time we arrive she talks to us as though it’s the first time we’ve ever been there and she doesn’t know who we are!!!! My husband and I are both in customer service and her behavior is unacceptable!!!

Although this was a terrible visit (due to the pet issue we were dealing with), the service we received was the best I could have asked for. Dr. Kenny was absolutely wonderful and I walked away with a clear understanding of our way forward. I would love to continue seeing her. Thank you so much for taking the best care of my favorite girl, Jazzee!

We had to wait a long time because, I was told, the office was particularly busy that day. We also did not get to see Dr. Miliaresis, who has always seen Abby is the past, as I expected, perhaps because I made my appointment on-line. I will call for an appointment from now on and make clear we want to see Dr. M.

The vets assistant was great as is Dr Miliarasis. The receptionist could be a little friendlier.

Moana and Dr M were great and very good with my shy, reactive rescue dog! Bailey was better than I expected at the visit in part because they were both so calm, patient and gentle with her.

The vet we saw was very knowledgeable and friendly. She needed to be a little more assertive to examine our dog but it all aorked out in the end. She seems young and new.

The vet and vet tech were very very good but the front desk lady was terrible! No smile, no greeting, no explanation of bill. She was also not too friendly when I called to make an appointment. I also was never told when and how I would be contacted about my pets blood test.
