I’m very happy with their services and pleasant staff.

Staff was extremely friendly and wonderful! Seemed a little inexperienced with rabbits though. That’s understandable since rabbits aren’t very common pets. Also wasn’t told that the stool sample would be an extra charge until it was time to pay for the visit. We were originally under the impression it came complimentary with the routine check up. Excellent customer service.

We came in without an appointment. Surf Paws took us right in. Our dog had a tick, they removed it immediately. We are so thankful and appreciative for their service and that they didn’t turn us away. We have been going to Dr. Kristin for almost 10 years, for as long as we have owned our pet, Chica, and we will continue. It would be really great if you were open 24hours. Thanks

I am unable to click to choose a value, but, I give all questions a 5!!! Staff if fabulous, very courteous, caring, efficient. Facilities are fine.

I feel the staff should know more about the products in the office and to provide better answers if unknown to them, this includes food and medications. For instance, I asked if my cat would like a type of flavor for medication.. he said he doesn t know bc he doesn t have a cat. That was the end of that. Instead maybe provide information based on past experiances from others. All in all, I would like them to attempt to seek an answer with the team before finalizing the answer to I do not know . Don t worry, we will still be loyal customers. You have a wonderful office with exceptional prices. Staff are very friendly. Just thought i would share.
