We are very happy with Dr. M s services and care for our dogs. We have noticed a change in staff personnel in the last year. It is difficult to find employees nowadays but a stable staff would be nice.

I was very happy with my visit today.

Your clinic is the only place that wouldn’t provide me with an estimate to spay my puppy over the phone. Yes, my friend inadvertently misinformed me about the price she paid so I was under the impression it was $550. Had I been given a quote over the phone, I wouldn’t have completely WASTED $75 + tax as most prices are all comparable in Kaimuki where I live. But, I guess that was your intention to just get an extra $75. I’ve never been so disappointed in wasting so much money for 5 minutes for the doctor to tell me she’s fine for surgery (spaying) and essentially paying the $75 just to get a quote!

So grateful to Surf Paws for squeezing my little love bug in and giving her the best care possible.

Everything went smoothly and everyone was very very nice. We loved our visit, except that we came in with many concerns about certain lumps and bumps and pains and hearing loss, stomach issues, etc, but didn t really get any explanation. Maybe it was insinuated that they were just getting old? We did get medications for heart worm, pain meds and anxiety meds. But getting home without a clear explanation, future steps to take, or even when we should bring them in again, would be my only reservation in giving 5 stars all around. But we will be back. Maybe I just need to be more direct with my questions. Thanks for letting me give my feedback.
