I won’t take my animal babies anywhere else, every single person who works there is always so kind and caring. They treat the animals as if they are their own. At the end of your visit you get a fully detailed run down of the appointment by the doctor. More than you would at another clinic. They take into account their customers that use them as a primary clinic, as you’re loyal to them they are loyal to you and get you in fast! I recommend this animal hospital 100%

I love the entire staff at Berwick! From reception to the medical team, they treat my dog as if he were their own and he loves them. They truly go above and beyond to communicate treatment and regular care, always reach out to check on him, and I have complete trust in them to give my dog the best medical and preventative care. They aren t just our Vet, they are family!

Berwick has been the best since I ve been taking my two dogs there. One has a serious auto immune disease and their special care has kept him with us. The Staff & Dr. Douglas are always there when we need them. Although they are not close, I ll drive just for the fantastic care we receive.
