I don t like my dog was brought to me with fecal dropping and all up his back side.

the staff is so helpful and kind and takes such good care of our dog. They work with me with my schedule which i really appreciate.

They are the best staff, very friendly to our pets. Very professional all around.

We are so grateful for the staff for seeing our Rosie who had an infected anal gland pop up overnight. We were traveling through doing the tourist thing when we realized she had an issue. They were so very nice, explained everything and called me two days later just to check on our dog. Thank you so much!

The wait due to Covid protocols was a bit longer than anticipated BUT it was so worth it. The staff is extremely informative and communicative. I have been to numerous vets around Savannah with my dogs and this was the best overall experience to date. I sincerely appreciate the time Dr. Douglas took with me to review the plan of care for my recently acquired stray cat as I had no clue where to start. I feel much more comfortable now about her health and continued well-being after seeing Dr. Douglas.

As always, Dr. Douglas took the time to explain every last detail of her observations. Dr. Douglas is thorough, compassionate, and gives you the knowledge that she herself would want to know as a pet owner. I cannot imagine having any other Doctor. The Staff at Berwick has always been responsive, helpful, and compassionate and they have navigated the COVID-19 pandemic and all that it has entailed well. I always enjoy taking my pets to Berwick! Dr. Douglas is wonderful and so are the staff members. There is ample parking, and the drop off procedure runs very smoothly and the pricing is competitive. I can’t think of any improvement that could be made!

I called in a panic in the morning before a weekend and was fit in as a walk in on the same day. This was not our regular vet and had never even been before. The staff was so kind, professional, thorough, and you can tell they love animals. I think this will be our new vet from now on! I can’t say enough good things about my experience.
