This place is awesome

I love this veterinarian facility, we have had a few over the last decade due to moving around and they are definitely our families favorite! Reasonably priced, yet no compromise in the level of service that you receive!

The staff is always so friendly and patient with me and Tina. They put up with any request that ask. I am looking forward to when we can come back in the office with our pets.

I have absolute trust at Berwick. Dr Douglas is phenomenal, and the techs and sraff are great.

Called in at 8am and they were able to get me in at 9am. Fantastic staff and COVID protocols. We’ve been going to Berwick since we got our dog 3 years ago and dare I say, they have only gotten better. Dr. Douglas spends all of the time necessary to go over in detail the procedures and medication necessary. Really great at putting me at ease and it is so very much appreciated. Over all just fantastic establishment and staff.

The appointment times are very extensive and a bit frustrating. The last couple appointments for Eevee have taken 2 hours. If the vet is running behind, it would be nice to receive a phone call and to push back the appointment time rather than sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours. Otherwise, everyone has been great.

Thank you for making sure Cloë had a good experience there! I was sooooo happy that she wasn’t anxious or anything by the time I came back to get her. She seemed to do great with the tests and everything everything even though I wasn’t there with her and that was a huge relief for me. I appreciate you all!

I wasn’t personal there, but my mil brought nova and was very happy with staff and COVID procedures

I feel that the care I receive is above average and the doctor is knowledgeable. However, I feel that the practice is too busy and the doctor is stretched too thin. Either more medical staff needs to be hired or less patients or appointments need to be scheduled.

Dr. Douglas is the best vet ever and her staff are awesome

I came for a new patient appointment. EVerything was great but overall I was there for 2 hours. It just felt like a very long time to wait when I had an appointment.

We love Dr. Douglas and her phenomenal staff! In spite of the pandemic restriction, we felt she truly cares about the well-being of our canine children but also makes practical recommendations about their care. Thank you for taking great care of our babies.

Procedures and protocols for COVID-19 was amazing! I was comfortable with allowing Remi to go in for his visit without me because the staff was friendly. The physician called twice to keep me up to date with Remi’s health and wellness .

As always the staff at Berwick took excellent care of Zeppy and Zoey!! Thanks for all you do for our kiddos!!!

Great caring service!

The staff are amazing people. I am not saying that to be just saying that. Their hearts are genuine and their spirits resonate in love for animals and people. Katie, Sue, Ashley, and the great Doctor that looked out for my animals during a rough time in my life. They listen and are concerned about the wellbeing of animals and that is a special quality that God has bestowed on their lives to save his precious animals. You can feel the love over the phone and in person. May God continue to bless your establishment that helps and cares for his defenseless animals that were given to your establishment to do right in the world. Dr Claytor has been absolutely wonderful. I feel as if she has gone above and beyond for us and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a vet. The rest of the staff was so kind as well. Very happy with our experience.

The doctors, techs and receptionists are all amazing! Lauren really takes the time to talk to me about my animals and offers recommendations when asked. I haven’t met Dr. Claytor in person, but she’s been great with both Ryder and Blair! I’m so happy we found them to take care of our pets!

We were very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism shown by all of the staff on our first visit - especially under the C-19 PLAGUE restrictions... They not only demonstrated thorough knowledge but more importantly a true love for pets - and Rascal was very happy with them.

I have been going to Berwick Animal Hospital for 4 years now and like the doctors and the staff very much. They are always concerned and caring when listening to me and have taken great care of my pets. I wish there was someone available on Saturdays but realize the staff and doctors are already there about 11 hours a day M-F It is a wonderful practice.
