Good experience from the first call with the nurse to schedule the appointment on the same day. Very friendly when we arrived the clinic. All staff and vet are very friendly, kind and patient to listen to our question and concerns about our baby. The price is transparent. I was very happy with everyone except for the Vet. I still am not sure why she didn’t teach me how to give my cat insulin injections at the appointment. She was all set to show me with saline but then there was a change of plan. Now my cat will not get insulin until Monday night- two entire days past diagnosis. I guess his diabetes isn’t as serious as I was originally led to believe. I was originally supposed to give him his first dose after he ate this evening around 6 and then every 12 hours after that until further notice. Having to go back is inconvenient after spending nearly 3 hours there with 2 young children on a Saturday. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I am grateful that I was able to be seen today, receive a diagnosis, and get new food but starting insulin therapy would have been better. We will likely go to our usual vet for the insulin since we have to go back anyway.

This was our first visit and a very good one. We ve always had our cats seen by mobile clinics to prevent them from the the trauma of the carrier and the car ride. But this option was not available today or in the near future, and our Peeper really needed to be seen. We were so happy that Dr. Okafor could see her this morning. The experience was stressful for us all, but the people were nice and Dr. Okafor spent time with us to explain the procedures and results. Thankfully Peeper was able to be treated today and hopefully be well for a long time. We will go back with confidence if the time comes.

Even though my appointment was made the day before, we waited 40 minutes to be seen by the vet.

It was good, will keep this place as a permanent vet for our pet.

The staff and Dr. explained things well and were courteous and friendly.

They were able to make me an immediate appointment for my very sick puppy and provided amazing care!
