For having an appointment, we had to wait a very long time to be seen.

I love coming to this vet. It s worth the 80 mile round trip for us and for our puppy dog.

My appointment took nearly an hour and 30 minutes, most of that time was wait time. That made me late for another appointment that was scheduled for 2 hours after the vet appointment, which should have been plenty of time for me to do both. Irritating.

Absolutely great doctor and staff. Could not ask for a better veterinarian for your pet.

Melissa was amazing. She was kind and empathetic. She took the time to show she cared, even with many other customers waiting. She is technically excellent and knowledgeable. She even took pics on her phone to show me before and after photos!!

It scares me to keep any animal today. I can’t believe the cost of care. I can’t afford to keep bringing in my dog to the veterinarian.

Nick and Doctor O were so wonderful. Very knowledgeable and also compassionate.

The staff is wonderful and treat my dog with loving care.

Very quick and easy to get an appointment - just needed to get my cat s vaccines up to date. Doctor was nice and patient with my cat. My cat is always nervous but always cooperative with the staff, so we had a quick in and out experience.

Wonderful experience! Very nice, clean facility and super friendly staff. Only disappointment was to learn upon arrival to our appointment that Dr. Okafor whom I had looked forward to meet and establish a new patient relationship for our four dogs, was out of the country. That being said, her substitute doctor was very nice and took great care of us. It just would have been nice to get a heads up upon making the appointment.

It seems to be getting more expensive just for an office visit. $50.00 each for two animals at the same time in the same room is excessive.

Everyone here is always so kind and considerate. I love taking my pets here! Thank you for everything you do.

So I bought the wellness plan for our puppy, made sense since it covered vaccines and neutering when the time comes. I had worries about “something” being wrong on subsequent visits just so I would have to pay more out of pocket. Now I am not saying that the diagnosis was made up, but surely there are OTC options that don’t require vet tech/veterinarian treatment and an additional cost outside my wellness plan. If so, why are these not even discussed. I realize it’s a business, but even humans shop healthcare based on affordability...
