I was unable to click on the stars, nothing happened. If I had, it would all be the highest score. Everything was easy and convenient from making the appointment to checking out. The doctor kept me informed by calling and giving me detailed information about Allie’s diagnosis and planned course of treatment. Lili Veterinary Hospital will be Alley’s new vet.

Thank you for letting me come into the office (masked and distancing) and be present during Pete s exam and vaccinations even though you currently have curbside restrictions in place. I just feel better being able to talk with the vet in person. Very accommodating to meet my concerns.

I called at 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon with an emergency situation, and they agreed to see my cat right away. Dr. was very thorough, and staff were all professional and friendly

I have asked the past two times I have taken my dog in to have his toenails clipped. Both times it hasn t happened, and I don t even think about it until I come home. Just annoyed that this keeps getting overlooked. Otherwise everything has been wonderful.

To be honest, my visit today is the best that I had comparing to the last three visits. The wait times at the car is very reasonable. Our last follow up scheduled appointments after the heartworm treatment at your clinic, I waited over an hour (I timed) at one of your waiting rooms before the vet came in. The male nurse who greeted me today at the car is super friendly. A side note, the clinic still owe us an extendable leash because another owner took our leash and Mandy said she will check with the management to give us the cost of the leash which we bought from PetSmart ($40) because the other owner never replied and responded. I asked and called a few times regarding if the other owner is returning the leash but I stopped asking and it seems like you may have forgotten this incident which is about six month ago. I live two mins away, if you can follow up with your management, I can come by and pick up a replacement of a leash of Kimchee or a check. $40 is not a lot comparing to a vet bill and all that I invested in my dog but I don’t like us being penalized because someone took our leash and didn’t return. The facility was amazingly clean and the assistant with the gorgeous curly hair who helped me out was AMAZING! My kitty Pearla was taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks for all the help!

I wasn’t able to observe the office facilities regarding its cleanliness, but the curve so de service was very professionally. I thought the billing price was a bit pricey, but I hoping it will be worth it in the long run.

I didn’t receive my receipt/ vaccination record upon request.

Thank you to the Doctor and her staff for being so caring and empathetic when we had to put our family dog down, they were very supportive and did not rush us as it was past closing time. The professionalism and care that the staff provided to me and my family was amazing.

Felt that this appointment from the beginning to end -- which is unusual -- was NOT as friendly, welcoming and rushed. Beginning with the Front desk person who was totally unfriendly, cold and not helpful at all. Bad attitude and gave the impression that she would prefer not to be bothered with questions. I was there to have my pet checked and had questions. Seemed like she had no knowledge of anything as well as showed No compassion for the pets well being especially for the pets there who were scared and yelping. The response I heard was Well that s too bad, it s just the way it is. She is the first person you meet when entering the office. Her attitude is a reflection of the business.

I called for an appointment as was scheduled but I was not told there was an interim vet. The appointment wait to be seen was about 30 minutes and the overall appointment took 2 hours. Had I been given other options I would have preferred to be informed that the wait would have been so long. The vet said it was her fault for not knowing where items were however, I see it as a scheduling issue in booking to many appointments and not providing appropriate information when booking. Had I know the wait at that time would be almost 2 hours, I may have made other choices or at least been prepared for that level of wait time.
