Always friendly even with challenging dogs. Left my previous vet as dogs hated them and they had a bad location. This is convenient and they work with the dogs.

The staff here all are so helpful and wonderful! I know my boys are in the best hands here when they come to see Dr Nawas and everyone else that they encounter. I highly recommend this Hospital to all my friends as they really go above and beyond to treat everyone like family and all the animals as their own!!

I really appreciate the friendly and welcoming and clean environment of the clinic. I have always felt that the staff are listening to my concerns and are flexible and practical regarding treatment choices. It would be helpful to be provided with the bill and a clarification of services if needed, prior to being asked for payment. This is often not the case.

Overall Erin Mills has been a great clinic and has taken care of our pets for 20+ years. Yearly vaccination and exam fees are starting to “concern” me, as they have increased significantly. This is the 1st time our dog left the facility “sore” as it appears the physical examination on his legs caused significant discomfort. He was fine going in. This also concerns me as I am sure this is not the intention of the clinic.
