Staff is always friendly and helpful. Everyone shows genuine love for the animals. Have been going here now for four years and I truly am satisfied. They always call to ensure my dog is okay after her vaccinations or procedures. Very caring clinic.

The staff and vet were so helpful and caring when we had to rush my dog in for an emergency appointment. We were seen into an exam room right away and the vet was very understanding of our worries. They took excellent care of Shady as well as our nerves.

I can t think of a time when I wasn t happy with Erin Mills Pet Hospital. From the front desk to the doctors, and everyone in between, I know that every effort is made to provide the best care and treatment possible. It s just a wonderful facility with the best staff!

I was under a lot of stress and Michelle saw to it we got squeezed in. The doctor was very good with us and with Boots.

Having trouble giving a rating on this program. Everything was excellent. Dr. Veitch was competent, helpful and very efficient. I did not feel pressured in any way and I felt she had the best interests of my pet as her priority. Thank you.

Dr Robeta was so so kind she cared forMary Agnes as much as me, she explained everything and followed up to make sure I heard and understood Mary s care as always!!!
