Everyone at the hospital is always very personable and friendly. The front end staff are wonderful- especially Michelle!! All of the vets and technicians are knowledgeable and engaging with the animals. You can feel the love ?? Cleveland is a regular patient at Erin Mills Hospital and he LOVES his visits! When I say we re going to the vet s he tilts his head and runs to the door. Upon arriving at the clinic he bursts through the doors and sits on the scale - tail a-wagging waiting for the staff to greet him and oh yes, for the treats sitting above the scale! You guys are the best!! Thank you for all that you do! ??

The cost of medication and joint supplements and heartworm prevention (revolution) was not disclosed until the surprise paying at the counter. It would be a good practice to tell the customer how much his bill will be to ease the pain of invoice shock, and perhaps a defibrillator installation near the payment counter?
