I m not sure the survey took my responses to questions 1 to 4 and 6. In case it didn t, I selected the 5th star for each of these questions. I felt 5 was not applicable since I m a long time client so am well aware of the billing procedures.

I was not pleased with the vet I saw. It was supposed to be my dogs annual check up and she failed to check him properly. To the point where I has to remind her and it still was not completed. She had not take a look at his hostory. I have been with this clinic for 7.5 years and this was the first time.. I was very disappointed.

Dr. Park is an excellent, caring and genuine vet who cares for your pet like it was her own.

The doctor said she was testing for pancreatic function, however when the other vet called back with the blood-work the next day, she said it wasn t ordered. I m not sure if I ended up paying for blood-work that wasn t done? While I ve always found the reception staff at the clinic excellent, this time I found the receptionist with the Eastern European accent to be very abrupt and harsh sounding. I felt she was trying to make me feel guilty because I hadn t brought my elderly cat in to be seen by a vet in a long while. I was feeling badly enough about the circumstances, but I felt even worse after making the appointment through her.

Gave you a 5 for all but doesn t look like it went through

Great service and advice. Test results arrived promptly and we received the follow up call from the veterinarian a few days later checking on Keena s condition. Thank you !

Dog leash loops in the waiting room would be helpful. Keep dogs in place and away from other potential sick pets

Our cat is an outdoor cat. While we appreciate that keeping cats indoors is favoured, ours isn t and that s our choice. We love and care for our kitty very much. We shouldn t have to feel uncomfortable for this.

Thank you so much Dr. Varma for all of your help and patience with our many, many questions, Michelle is incredible, and Christie is always extremely helpful and friendly. Cindy took Finnegan s blood pressure and was so gentle and caring, too. It s really nice that all of the staff acknowledge the animals coming in, too. I m sorry that Coco has to be locked away every time I visit, but the staff is always so willing to do so.

Follow up phone calls are very much appreciated.
