Big thank you to dr. Jassal and the team for seeing Keena on a very short notice and for taking time to discuss Keena’s health issue. After the initial appointment, dr. Jassal kept us informed by e-mail regarding the referrals and also found time for a follow up visit. As usual a great experience for Keena and family !

I was very happy with all the attentiveness my Casper received from the doctor and staff. Dr. Peter was so patient and thorough in helping me understand about the care for my cat. We re so happy our little guy is finally at the right place where he can get quality time and care.

I was thrown off by the bill when multiple people confirmed there was no exam fee for the second booster shot because of the short time frame. It was resolved easily so no worries. I was happy with both visits, wonderful people working at the clinic.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable regarding my inquires about medication and examination details.

Amazing Dr. Peter was so caring with Opie. He is on antibotics and pain medication and seems to be recovering. In all the years I have taken my pets to Erin Mills Pet Hospital I have only had one bad experience.

Please consider getting back to normal as other veterinary practices have!! I miss the “real time” communication, and — it took an hour to thaw out when I got home after sitting in the car waiting for the better part of an hour! Please!! Do it soon!!

little difficult to give a true answer to the questions as i dont get in to see anyone. this appointment is like our doctor we talk over the phone. The girl I talked was very nice the dr. was informite but again not like talking in person, Never mind Kitty is ok but like a female well !!.

As always, positive experience from start to finish. Wonderful staff who really care.

My only concern was when Dolly was brought out to me. The person carrying her had the carrier straps over her arm and as she walked the carrier was bumping quite hard against her hips. I said poor Dolly several times but she ignored me. She also stopped to talk to another person instead of bringing her straight to the car. It was obviously personal talk. Since Dolly was recovering from anesthesia I didn’t appreciate the way she was treated or the fact that I was ignored me. Michelle then came to me with the papers and as usual was very pleasant. When I leave my cats at your facility I expect them to be treated in a nicer manner than this.

I paid for the visit via the phone and was told I would be sent a copy of the bill. I didn t receive an emailed copy.
