why have the prices risen by soooo much?

Kaitlyn the vet tech was very friendly and polite and provided answers to my questions. Also wanted to say thank you to Marina and Michelle for helping me always when I call the clinic all the time. They always try to accommodate me and my doggies.

All five stars, my only issue is I requested a certain doctor booked with said doctor only to come find my appointment time/day that doctor was not in. This is the second time this has happened. But I do know that all the doctors that work there are great and friendly. ??

I ve been bringing Brutus to see you guys since he was just a baby. Even after I moved to Branford, I have steadfastly refused to find a more local vet. The care he gets from the doctors and all the staff is top-notch. He actually likes going to the vet to get to see you!

When I arrived I asked for a courtesy nail clipping for Becky, I was told no problem, to find out I was charge $24 for this service that I was told was included. It s not about the money, is about a promise that was not deliver and this destroy every other good effort of your service. You should review this to avoid future disappointed customers.

I love the people who work here. They are the most caring people I know. I trust them completely. I have found everything that is done is fair Professional and I just can t say enough about how well they take care of my babies. I feel they feel my babies are their babies too. Feel free to use me as a reference any time.

All went well. I would prefer to be with my cat when he is being examined but I do understand the COVID situation. I hope you will revert to the old way soon. The doctor was very thorough in her explanation and provided reasonable answers to my questions.

I was so impressed how you treated my dog. I was shocked to find out she did not need surgery after all. I was also impressed you did not bash my last vet. I left for many reasons but I will never say anything bad about them over the years my animals were looked after well. I just did not mesh with the takeover and new business practices. I am quite happy to be a part of your group now.

It s hot waiting inside car for exam on my pet. Sat outside and listen to vet explaining and questioning . It would be nice to have a shaded area. Umbrella?

Your excellent personal service and extraordinary medical assessments and advice for our pet (Louie) in the past and currently for our kitty Finch are beyond rating 5 as far as we are concerned.
