I truly appreciate the support and assistance provided by EAH for my 3 dogs and 1 cat. I have 2 special needs dogs that receive the best care from EAH. They currently see Dr. Morrison and I cannot tell you how much Dr. Morrison has helped to provide guidance to make them more comfortable (eye drops for sore eyes, for example). Thank you!

Due to COVID-19 we were not permitted inside the building during the exams of our fur babies. I had concerns about one of them, but the staff handled my concerns in a professional manner and all was perfect. There was really no reason for my concerns. The staff is excellent, profession and kind ever time. Thank you for taking such great care of our fur babies! DKH

During this difficult time the office was very organized and was able to see my dog BOGY when I called that morning. Grateful to all the staff for their friendly service. The doctor took the time and called me and left message explaining what was going on with Bogy. Thank you all! Stay safe.

N/A about visiting facility. It took 3 weeks to get an appointment and had about a 15 minute wait in the parking lot but happy with staff.

This survey worked a bit wonky...had to take extra time to get it to click the star I wanted and then it wouldn t let me at times. Thanks for making our first COVID visit so easy.

We have to wait outside ... and it was hot yesterday afternoon so we took the cats in their cases out of the car. I wish there was a covered outside waiting area in case this happens again. Billing procedure is old hat - I m a repeat customer. And we can t get into the office so I don t know but in the past the offices were clean and satisfactory.

I really appreciated that Elaine called me when there was a cancellation, so my cat Arlo was able to see Dr. Dave that same day. That s the type of above-and-beyond care that I love about your clinic! The vet techs were all friendly, efficient and professional, and Dr. Dave was excellent as usual. The ease to be seen is a 4 just because of covid and not being able to get surgery scheduled very quickly. The 4 stars for explanation is because I wasn t told how much the x-rays were. But I do appreciate them being done and the fantastic care you took of my doggo.
