Got my new puppie s appointment scheduled very quickly. Very reasonably priced. The staff obviously cared about my pup. Even helped trim his nails.

on our last visit we got an appt. within hours. didn t have any wait to get in an exam room. a short wait for a doctor. a usccessful diagnosos of my dogs problem, lab test to confirm and a dose of medicine that solved her health problem. It all went very smoothly which makes it a lot less stressful for my dog and hence for me. Many thanks!

I have been bringing all my little ones to the Eugene Animal Hospital for many,many years. Always compassionate and caring with a side of humor. Can t see taking them anywhere else. Just love Dr. Morrison.

The pre-appointment calls were useful BUT the final call instructed me to bring a stool sample which turned out after all to be unnecessary and it would have been better had I not been instructed to go out in the yard collecting said specimen prior to the morning appointment.

Re #2; It took a while for the office to get going following a staff meeting.

Name tags. I would love to be able to thank those who help us by name but am often paying attention to my pet and temporarily forget details like names.
