If the doctor was more gentle in handling Sophie I m pretty sure she would have been able to relax a little more; he asked me if her breathing was always so fast, but it was because she was stressed from being dragged out of her box rather than picked up carefully. Otherwise everything was great.

Friendly and vet took time to ask questions and make sure my dog was comfortable before proceeding with exam - very patient with a shy dog.

Two things: If you tell a client that you will call before a certain time, then do so. I was worried sick when I didn t hear from you. And then I could not get anyone on the phone--your message machine said you were closed and did not detail that you close for lunch, so I was quite confused. Otherwise, everything was good, but maybe work on accurate communications.

I usually use McKenzie because it is w/in walking distance of my house. Now that I am retired I will be able to schedule more visits with your hospital. (Saturday service was a plus at McKenzie.) I love visiting with your vets and feel they give excellent care, especially since most pet care is a non-emergency item. Today was an exception, with Chris growth and Aggie s teeth, but I feel the extra care given more than justified my choice in vet s offices.

Thank you for letting me bring in Midnight right away when she was in distress. She seems to be better, eating well and more normal.

We love Dr. Jolean, she is patient and supportive and very thorough in explaining what is going on and what all the possibilities and options are. We never feel we have unanswered questions. And she treats our pets like they are the best pets in the world!

Prices are high for a person on a fixed income. All staff that I’ve seen were excellent but the prices may force me to find another place. I don’t want to do this but I just can’t afford expensive procedures on more than one cat.

It was suggested that our dog lose some weight and we get that however, they have never said what is an ideal weight for her?

always very pleased with the care my pet receives; staff are friendly and considerate; wait times are short; when procedures such as surgeries are needed they are thoroughly explained along with an explanation of alternatives; if I have questions or concerns post-visit they are addressed quickly and courteously.
