This survey set up is awful. I will say that I was able to get my pet in quickly & was happy with everyone that I dealt with. I’ve brought multiple pets in & will continue to do so

You guys are amazing, you took care of my cat Sunny until she passed (which you also helped with), and have taken care of Chumba incredibly well (he’s almost back to his normal self!). Am very glad my new kitten is able to see you guys as well!

I would only add, it would be nice to have someone monitor a voicemail for people with questions. So some could be answered on Monday but some could be answered more quickly. For instance....when you get a Friday diagnosis of Lymphoma and have a gajillion questions flooding your brain overnight. Scary.

Our vet , Jeremy Polk, is wonderful. He was patient with our aggressive dog and knew how far to take the appointment in newts comfort zone. I appreciate that so much. I feel so comfortable coming here and trust my pets here.

We recently relocated to Eugene and found Eugene Animal Hospital via Google as it is conveniently located near my office. The staff was very friendly, spent time answering questions and providing great care to my dog (Ruger). We are happy to be new patients! Thank you!

Only thing is they keep getting his name wrong, hope it s changed to Kodie next time! Still worried about him, his eye. He didn t pee in 1 1/2 days then did last night on the couch. Had to hand feed him even his water. Hoping he does better today. Would be shocked if he walks today. Yesterday was pretty rough.

I appreciated your getting Bertie in the same day I called. Had never met the doctor -- she was obviously busy and running behind, but she focused every bit of attention on Bertie and his comfort. She took into account my desire to keep him comfortable and certainly met that goal. He is 100% better today!! Thank You!

The cost for a wellness visit for two dogs was outrageous. I ve been a customer for 13 years but will be finding another vet.

I liked the team effort when doing the exam w Bella. Everyone was friendly and had a love of their work. I also noticed the office space w new photos ect. Nice

Our dog is a pretty nervous boy and I really appreciated how kind and gentle the staff was with him.

Dr. Polk, the vet techs, and admin are all wonderful - lots of expertise, and the process was fast and easy.

I absolutely love bringing my pets in! Everybody there is not only wonderful with our pets but also with our people! I have an intimidating Shepherd breed female dog that is very protective and results in her throwing a fit when going to the vet. Everyone that comes in contact with her here is amazingly kind, gentle, and so respectful of her that every time she leaves she is happy, cared for, and calmer than her poor nervous self going in! We ve seen different vets there over the years and they are all the same... ... Knowledgeable, loving, and compassionate to all animals, even the most difficult ones! ????

I m so thankful to the staff for getting my dog in for an appt so quickly, and for the consistent kindness, professionalism, and care they ve always exhibited towards us.

I absolutely LOOOOOOOOVE it here! It feels amazing to bring our fur babies here and trust, 100% their care in this sweet staffs hands. As long as they all stay we’re staying!!!

They are wonderful, all the employees. I will continue to go there and recommend to everyone I know. Even though it is far from my house, it is worth it.

The people were excellent. My cat s weight was listed at 12.81 on the visit summary, but over 13 on the weight scale. I saw this and the doctor commented on this number and said she was alright. I need to be sure this occurs in her records on the summary.
