I was offered a couple different extra services with my cats procedure, such as lasering to make healing easier. I would have liked to know about these options before I was at the clinic. That way I could have done my own research and made an informed decision about my pets care. Rather than getting some general information and having to make a decision on the spot about care options. Other than that the experience was great and much faster than expected.

I was seen the last minute due to unexpected cancellation, and my concern over waiting a week for my cat with possible bladder infection. I was very grateful to get in the next day. I saw Dr. Jeremy and was impressed with his consideration of my financial situation and explanation of possible future options if Belle still has issues. I was also impressed with his gentleness . Belle seemed to not be freaked out, which is typically very stressed with strangers.

Nobody likes going to the vet, but the folks at EAH make it as painless as possible and the care and affection they show for our animals really help the critters too.

When I arrived at facility after making appointment weeks ahead I was told I did not have an appointment. I am trying to plan for a personal medical procedure so this was only time I could bring cat in before my surgery! I ended up getting in, but it was very uncomfortable dealing w/ front office staff. Not sure about the stars thing on this survey, but I give this office FIVE stars in every category! My dog was in big trouble. Emma was able to get Dr. Jeremy lined up FAST for the surgery. The techs (I m sorry I don t know their names), the doctor, the reception team - everyone was EXCELLENT. All procedures,treatment plan, medications & our options were explained thoroughly. Right down to getting my pup into the car! 100% all the way. And I get more quality time with my boy. Couldn t have been a better experience.
