Price change for specific service such as nail trim should be explained in advance. Outstanding item price should be discussed in details it is not enough to ask do you want lab test? Client request I don t want this test should verified and should not be ignored.

We appreciated the care from all the staff that we received and Dr. Salas thorough visit, as she provided a clear description of the likely diagnosis and potential treatment. Dr. Salas and the vet tech were so soothing when handling Kuti for his exam! Kuti’s a gentle soul and doesn’t generally like strangers. Dr. Salas allowed him to be a (somewhat) cooperative patient. The staff were also responsive with communication after the visit.

Dr Han is amazing & she comes through everytime!I would never take my 3 Dogs anywhere else!

Other vets try and help the clients but it seems like this establishment only cares about money.

Absolutely wonderful group of people!

I m not sure why I could not accompany my dogs while they had blood drawn. I m not asking to observe surgery but my previous vet did almost everything in my presence. That is my strong preference.

A bit slow to get in and checked in as the front desk people are not really attentive. My dog is super hyper and very small so it s not like she s going to do anything but the nurse tells her to calm down.. I don t get it... why tell a dog to calm down??? Dr. Han is great as always and checkout staff are great.

They weren t great with my dog who seemed to be very scared. I think the staff could have done more to manage the dog while we were there. The vet said we should get the dog s ear hair trimmed at the groomer or under sedation which is extreme I think because you were unable to manage it there. The vet should be an environment with more resources than the groomer. I had additional animax at home and was not allowed to return the prescription even though unopened which is something I have never seen before. The vet tech opened up the box and unscrewed the cap to make sure we had not used it and then told me you wouldn t take it back.

Dr. Salas is the benchmark by which I judge all healthcare providers. She is the absolute best bar none.

Doctor seemed a bit dry and not as friendly as I had hoped, also…my dog was a bit unsteady being that it was his first time at that facility and the doctor was fustrated because he wouldn’t allow him to check his ears, so he didn’t even try hard enough he just dismissed it

Lovely first vet experience!

The VIP pet charge was added to my bill without my knowledge, the billing was not explained at all and there was a blood test that I did not authorize on the bill as well.

Had a great experience. Whole staff was great and showed a lot of love/care to my dog.

A little more time from the front desk staff to go over the package the vet mentioned would have been helpful, partly my fault as I wasn t in the right mindset (more concerned with my pet) so I m not too sure about the details. Thank you! Overall amazing experience.

A welcoming and caring atmosphere.Even the dogs in the waiting room were well behaved.
