I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Roque for my dog. My dog loves her, she is very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain and answer questions. She truly cares about the overall and long term health of my dog. Also, I’m very pleased with the girls at the reception. They’re very helpful with emails and have great communication skills which is not easy to find. Thank you all.

Amazing staff. Had to wait a while for someone to come pick up my cat from my car after calling to say I had arrived, but I m sure it was just a busy time (around 4-5pm). I ll book earlier in the day next time, hoping that will speed things up. Thanks for taking great care of her!

My new puppy Crosby saw Dr. Roque for the first time, and he was so happy leaving! Dr. Roque was very patient and took the time to answer all of my first time pet mom questions. I really appreciated the time and effort of all the staff!

It was very busy on the night i had a 720pm appt. Staff were very friendly very apologetic staff let us know they had an emergency case. My deuces got in 20 minutes later we were fine because of frequent updates. Staff were running in and out like they were doing a marathon. All this with covid. Fantastic job ladies and gentlemen.

I am a new dog mom, and today my puppy ate something she shouldn t have. I was able to call and get her in right away. Everyone was so kind, reassuring and friendly. The doctor called and explained my options and was so helpful throughout the process. My pup is doing well, and I am so incredibly grateful for the help. I m so glad we decided to switch to Jane Animal Hospital :)
