While Mocha was initially seen by high park animal hospital (due to close proximity), I opted to transfer here based on the recommendation of several dog owners in the High Park community. My experience at your clinic was exceptional - professional, courteous receptionist, with genuine care showed toward my puppy by the doctor (Moore) I feel confident that the information relayed to me was informed and thoughtful rather than driven by greed and profit. I can rest easy knowing that my Mocha has a clinic that is invested in her wellbeing. Thanks for a great experience!Looking forward to my next appointment.

I travelled a long distance with my cat for an appointment at Jane Animal Hospital and I was very very late due to heavy traffic. Despite a busy day at the hospital, Dr. Sterbinsky and his excellent team were able to adjust to get us in that day. Very much appreciated as my cat hates car rides. Thanks very much!!!

Well done especially during pandemic precaution. Unable to comment about the office facility but I know it is very clean from past experience.

My Whisky’s first visit to Dr Roque was a really great experience. Every person that I interacted with was super friendly and seemed to genuinely care about my baby. Dr Roque provided very clear explanations of our situation and gave us various alternatives. She did not rush the conversation at all and answered all my questions. I’m very happy I made the decision to switch vets!

All staff members, we dealt with, were friendly. Dr. Meaghan Roque took the time to explain everything very well and answered all my questions.

My cat did the spray here. At first the recipient made me so welcome . Even I ve known the price of spaying here was little higher than the others but I am so faithful and believe in them. Everything s clean. They answered everything that I need to know. Staffs are patient, supportive and super friendly. My cat came back home cleaned and comfortable. You got what you ve paid so I am satisfied with Jane animal hospital.

We were anxious on our two most recent visits to the Jane Animal Hospital because our cats were showing signs of illness and due to COVID, we were not able to accompany them. The staff have been fantastic is helping to allay our concerns and to be understanding and patient. Our visit started with a pre-screening phone call to learn details about our pets symptoms. A technician came out to the car to get the carrier each time. They were professional and reassuring. After each exam, Dr. Moore then called to explain her findings and nexts steps. The following day, Dr. Johnson called with blood work findings and again, showed concern and understanding. Finally, Dr. Moore called in less than a week to check on June Bug. Happy to note, both Curly Jo and June Bug are doing well. Thanks Jane Animal Hospital for looking after us and our fur babies! Kim and Peter McCallum
