Everything is excellent about my experiences with the staff and service at Colonie Animal Hospital. The exam rooms are all very nice. My only suggestion is to somehow update the waiting room. It s a little drab.

10:20 appt. I was there at 10:00 and was not brought to a room until after 11am. Stressful on a cat in a cage with dogs barking in the lobby. Other than that, you guys are outstanding!!!

When I called to make a sick appointment for my dog to be seen I was told they don’t do drop offs like that. I was asked several times if my dog was a client there. Why would I be calling if he wasn’t? After several minutes of attitude and frustration I was finally given an appointment. Not sure why it was so difficult for my dog to be seen for being sick. However when we arrived at the vet the staff were friendly and helpful and got my dog back to see the doctor quick. I think there needs to be better communication over the phone when trying to make appointments.

Never have anything but a 5 star experience at Colonie Animal Hospital. I have had three pets under their care and have ALWAYS been extremely satisfied.

I stated that Dr Kinney saw Lily when I called. However I was given an appt with another vet. I was disappointed not to see Dr Kinney. She has taken care of Lily for years and she know my pet well.

DR. KINNE IS THE BEST VET AROUND, STAFF IS GREAT, TECHNICIAN MARK IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH CHAZ THE KENNEL MANAGER GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND.

My dog was able to pick up food left on the floor in the exam room left by previous patient. The floors should be swept and cleaned thoroughly between animals. Amongst dust left in the corners with other animal hair. Again rooms should be cleaned between patients much like humans. ??

I want to thank you all for all your kindness and understanding always regarding our Lily and Brandi. Losing Lily was the hardest thing ever. There will never be another LilLil. You got her through almost 14 years of sometimes very difficult illnesses.I thank you for being there for us. Kim and Howard xxoo
