The only complaint I have is with the parking lot . There are huge potholes! A lot of old people go there and I think filling the potholes would be cheaper than a lawsuit from a person falling! Aliso the lighting is terrible in that lot at night

Dr. Koren-Roth has taken care of my dog most of her life. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her care. It is worth the two hours of driving to see him.

My only issue was my appointment was for 1 and I arrived a few mins early and wasn’t seen until 1:40. I do understand that it does happen from time to time it’s just hard when you have a cat in a carrier and there’s dogs all over. Otherwise I adore this place and have always been nothing but happy bringing my fur babies here.

From the reception staff, to the vet tech, to the time with the vet, everyone is kind and caring to my dogs and myself. They take the time to ask questions about what is going on with my dogs. They have helpful suggestions, like a website about supplements for my dogs who are on a raw diet. I never leave feeling like they haven’t gotten the best care.

Our dog barks at other animals in the waiting room, so we waited outside, which was not an issue. There was however a large aggressive dog in the waiting room that should have been brought immediately to a secluded area. Her went after another dog and if I had had my dog in the waiting area things could have gotten bad quickly. The staff appeared to know that the dog had the history of acting that way

Thank you for being so understanding and accommodating with our dog’s issues and making sure that everything would be smooth and as easy as possible for all of us in spite of the fact that our pet is not the easiest patient.
