As always, Dundas West Animal Hospital exceeded our expectations. Bonzai was incredibly well cared for and Dr. Kovacevic provided another thorough examination. We are so lucky to have Dr. Kovacevic as Bonzai s primary vet and we always recommend DWAH to our family and friends.

The incoming staff are excellent with the patients and show how much they love animals. The animals for the most part love them to. This was the 1st time using the services of Dundas West animal hospital and I certainly will be back for my dog and cat Molly and Sally.

This was my first experience at Dundas West Animal Hospital and it was an excellent one from start to finish. The attentiveness and care that we received from the initial booking right through to our appointment was truly wonderful. I really felt like I was listened to, that the issue was taken seriously, and with compassion. And even though we don t have a solution yet, having a solid plan of action gives me the most hope I ve had in months. It was such an immeasurable relief to feel like I finally wasn t having to navigate this all on my own. I m so glad that I brought my baby girl here. I can t thank you all enough for your wonderful care.

My cat loved the experience and felt so at home he didn’t want to leave! He was a bit distracted by the noise and movement outside the exam room, but overall was happy

One bit of confusion/concern - vet said pet had never had a lepto vax based on looking at records during consult. But payment receipt showed lepto given in 2017. When I asked front desk staff about the discrepancy, staff said the vet must have meant that the full course of lepto vax wasn’t given (more than one is needed). If that were true, Dr Bainbridge would have explained that at the time and the required shot would have been given. Dr Krayz is very thorough- seems unlikely that she would miss the 2017 vax since we were having a discussion about whether the pet should have it. Not a complaint - just can’t understand the discrepancy.

When I was booking the appointment I was put on hold for about 8 minutes total. Half way through the hold I was hung up on, and had to call back to continue holding. Otherwise everything was great.

What an amazing experience! Friendly staff from the moment you walk in the door and throughout the entire visit! I highly recommend Dundas West Animal Hospital!!!
