The care and attention our dog received from all members of staff was first rate as usual. We have been so pleased with Dundas West in the past six years we have been bringing our dog for care. We feel like the staff genuinely care about our dog’s well being and that we are treated with kindness, courtesy and respect.

I saw Dr.Do yesterday, he was so thorough and easy to talk to. He addressed all of my concerns and was very kind to my dog, she was comfortable around him so we’ll definitely request to see him again next time

Dr Buchanan is so wonderful. I am so sorry, I forgot the tech’s name but the two of them together put our dog at ease. He’s been very nervous from a previous clinic and this was his best visit yet.

Doctor and all staff very professional and knowledgeable. The premedication helped my Jorge be leased stressed even for him. Recognizing my animals are elderly my goal is to keep them comfortable but as a senior with limited income please understand if not all treatments are within my financial reach.

Always have amazing experiences whenever we come for our visits. Dr. Drago and Jessica were fantastic. They were super patient with an uncooperative Charlie but also so thorough with information and understanding. I can never say enough good things!

Plenty to love about this practice. Having a cat-only entrance is fantastic in keeping anxiety down. All staff are courteous and knowledgeable, and we left knowing our pet was in good care here.

Dr. Burke has taken care of 3 of my babies, so far, and she always makes me feel that the animal/human client in front of her is the absolute focus of her care. She is extremely competent, takes time to explain things thoroughly, and her empathy and love of animals is evident. I know my babies are in excellent hands with her. Also... LOVE the new cat hospital!

Absolutely fantastic first time experience at the clinic - we. Liked an urgent appointment when our regular vet couldn’t fit us in in a timely manner. Absolutely planning to set I to your clinic as our primary vet. Everyone was delightful, communicative, kind and thorough. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience :)
