You all have always been so amazing to us and our beloved DJ. We always feel important and extremely taken care of!

My dog has always been afraid of new people. This gets intensified at the vet and I dread going because I hate seeing him in pain. The vet was great making it work even though he had to be sedated to get a check up. However, my emotional state was made worse when the vet assistant said some vets might suggest euthanization...not that we are suggesting it now THEN DON T EVEN SAY THAT TO ME.

One of our dogs, Lola, is a worrier. She frazzles about everything if I’m not in sight and she isn’t a fan of being a guest. But sometimes we have to board. The attentive staff and doctors have gained my complete trust and confidence.

I requested that blood work be done on my pet but it was not done [by the on-call vet]. I had to make another appointment with my regular vet and be seen a second time in order to get needed blood work and x-rays.

My recent visit was only to do a blood draw before a teeth cleaning visit. I had scheduled over the noon hour. The tech that was there did not come out for unknown reasons and I had to wait for the incoming tech. I m not sure what the grumpy conversation was with the 1st tech and receptionist, Shannon, but there was one. To me it was regarding my check in. It would have been nice to do paperwork then, instead of getting an email afterwards to come back again, or do it the morning of the appointment. Shannon and some of the new staff members do not listen or pay attention to my needs. Shannon is gruff. On the other hand, Sandy is spectacular! Unfortunately she was at lunch.

Very professional staff. One suggestion is that the treatment rooms need some fresh air ventilation.

Great place to take my pets. Everyone that works there is always friendly and helpful. It has become a very busy place.

I would like to say how wonderful Shelby was getting me an appointment she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable bringing my puppy there. It was also wonderful of them to squeeze us in. What a wonderful staff and the place was very clean which made us feel at easy thank you

The care that my Libertee received was beyond expectation. I will happily bring her to Gem City Vet Clinic for annual exams and anything else that might arise. And I will happily recommend you all to family, friends, neighbors, and colleagues. Thank you!!!
