The young lady that gave our cats a lion haircut did an excellent job. The hair was very evenly shaved and she was done before noon with all three cats. One of the best haircuts they have ever had. Our cats love their haircuts.

I had the dog s back Xrayed on Tuesday. As of Friday morning I still do not have the results. I called yesterday but there was nothing in the records.

My dog is wiggly and not a huge fan of going to the vet. I appreciated that the staff took the time to make it a good experience for my dog instead of trying to get things down as quickly as possible so they can go on to the next patient.

My cat got an infection after the procedure and had to be seen by another vet because the sutures didn t hold. Communication was less than satisfactory while my cat was at Gem City.

Everyone is great there. I don t think Meadow (dog) got her temperature taken though, and the tech failed on Callie (cat), after a couple tries. But both are healthy so it wasn t a big deal. I was happy the exam cost for each was less than I expected. Thanks for that!

When I mentioned the symptoms my dog was presenting with, the young woman on the phone immediately found me an appointment that day. I’ve never had to wait too long for an appointment. I am always content with the bill, and am always given an estimate before a test or procedure before hand when I ask. This is critical to me because it really helps to prioritize procedures.

Your staff is always kind, caring, and helpful. And with two graduate students in the house, we appreciate your pricing!! Baylee was seen and sutured within a couple hours of her mishap and is now happily back to herself. Thank you!
