I didn t like that I have to call to see if I can enter the building. I didn t have to do that 6 months ago. I appreciated that the dr. didn t make us do blood work to refill a prescription that my dog has been taking for years.

I am thoroughly pleased with the care my cat has received. The entire staff is engaged from start to finish. I was very impressed with the follow up to make sura h was ok after the visit.

I think that Dr Doverspike is a very qualified vet, and he s given me some good advice and suggestions for Coach, however I would appreciate it if he was a little more patient and allowed me to voice my concerns and questions. I am following his RX protocol for Coach, but Coach just seems to be very drowsy and possibly over medicated since he s barely able to walk and just wants to sleep. Overall, I am pretty satisfied. Thank you!

The only issue I have is the cost for an initial teeth cleaning. Seven hundred dollars seems excessive.

The wait time was too long. My appt was for 3:30 and was not seen until 4:45

I brought my rescue dog, Gentleman Jax, in for a routine checkup. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming with my very anxious special needs dog. We’ve been invited back to casually visit and weigh Jax so he starts to create positive associations with the drive and visits.
