Almost everything was handled in a good and professional manner. However, getting the proper information out of the doctor about my dog’s very critical condition was a chore. It also felt as if I was being run through a mill of expensive procedures just to get my wonderful old girl some good care. She was in pain, yet nothing was done about that. An end of life plan should have been available to our family. Luckily, we figured it all out ourselves by using the information we received from the doctor and internet research. So, we are grateful for the care our dog received but also very disappointed that we were totally on our about making informed decisions for her last days of care.

Dr. David Dimeo, Heidi, Lidya, and Renee opened their doors to us after they had closed for the day to stitch up our chihuahua who was bleeding badly from an attack by another dog. Without the actions of these three, our beloved Gizmo likely wouldn t have made it as there are no other hospitals around that would have been open at that time. Not only did the staff save our dog s life but they also helped us cope with the trauma of almost losing him. Their compassion and kindness was overwhelming, their treatment of our pet was of the highest quality, and we will always trust our family with Mountain Parks Veterinary Hospital staff.

My family is grateful for the continued excellent care we ve received at Mountain Parks Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Dimeo is an excellent surgeon. He and the staff are thorough and compassionate.

I am embarrassed to say I forgot the veterinarian s name, but she exercised amazing care of Ginger, I was quite impressed. And if that wasn t enough, she did a follow up call that evening to see how she was doing and if we had any questions. Now that s what I call great patient and client care!

Our dog has been treated at Mtn Parks since she was a puppy. She gets excited when we arrive! With tail wagging she goes right to the door. She knows the routine and responds positively to each care provider. She is happy to see Dr. DiMaio. He is gentle with her and includes us in the discussion in making diagnostic solutions.
