Everyone at Mountain Parks is so caring and passionate about what they do and if shows in the care they provide to my fur babies. Lydia is a fabulous receptionist, and I love when Maddie is our vet tech! Dr. D always takes the time needed to completely check out and diagnose our pets. We’ve had some tough ones and he’s helped us through the good and difficult times. Thank you!

The lady at the front desk, while kind, is rather slow and not observant. After waiting in the front room for almost 10 minutes for a scheduled appointment she handled walking customers first causing me to miss extra time from work. Then when she did get to me, I gave her my paperwork and she said there was no date, but It was clearly printed on the top, which I had to point out to her. Then review what was on the paper work several times. Even the vet tech started to repeat what I was telling her. But Maddy was awesome and I give her top scores for being kind, knowledgeable, and hard working. Not to mention you have my ex wife’s name in the email corrispondance. Several things could have gone better.

I feel I have been charged to much as far as wellness and annual exam s...I ve been in many times this year and all but one was charged an exam fee. I also feel as though the Doctor recommended surgery way to soon. I am glad I chose not to, he healed on his own. We will be going elsewhere from now on.

The staff called me the next day, and again later, to check on the progress of my cat. It was really appreciated and showed that they cared about me and my pet.

I thought the dr should have done fluids earlier and without me asking him to do it. Just to let you know we took her to VRCC and she had to spend the night for tests and bone biopsy. Hopefully we can pick her up later this afternoon.

I wish that office staff would work harder to combine my pets various needs into fewer visits.

My experience was very positive. The Doctor and staff truly cared for our concerns and were very professional.Lacey is back to her old self. Dr. Demeo is now my Vet.
