Dr. Brockett was very thorough and compassionate with Hannah and earned our trust at the onset. Due to covid we were unable to go inside o see office.

Everything went very smoothly. I just miss going in with my pet and speaking with the doctor during the exam. unfortunately, the cell coverage in that area makes communication difficult. Wonderful doctors and staff. We’ve been bringing our pets here for years (since we moved to this area).

I had an excellent vet appointment this past week for my cat Elsie. Dr. Chris spent a lot of time with Elsie, and he came out to our car to talk to us about her. I was very impressed that he did that because it was a cold day. Despite this pandemic and our not being able to go into the clinic with Elsie, we felt a real human connection by his coming out to our car. He really has a lovely way with cats, and I feel he knows our two cats well. Elsie can be a very vocal cat, and Dr. Chris was very sweet when he said, Elsie is in perfect health. And she had a lot to say to me! Thank you for all you are doing to keep us so informed and to be so personal with pet parents despite this pandemic.

Hard to answer last question, we stay outside..but love your vet office..Everyone is very kind, caring and helpful ty for taking such good care of Yogi..

We have our dogs an another veterinarian clinic and while their operation and interaction was efficient pre-covid, their process ought to as streamlined as yours is considering their amount of clients and patients. Thank you for mastering “running smoothly/business as unusual” during a pandemic.
