I thought the curbside drop off apt was convenient and felt as though it made the apt time go faster.

We were very worried when everyone started curbside. However, AFAH has gone the extra mile to ensure our pups are calm and happy and reassured, even without us being present! I even witnessed Vicki walking Oliver outside to get a urine sample - Oliver walked happily with her, not a care in the world that I wasn’t with him. We have had more visits than we expected already, and curbside is working well! We’ve had great communication with the techs and vets each time. You guys are the best!!!

Dr Taylor has helped us in every situation imaginable and this visit was no different. Love this practice.

We really missed Kelly this time - she is amazing with our grumpy 18yr old diabetic cat. Dr Taylor was fantastic ( as usual) so grateful he’s our vet !! Even bought our cat out to our car and updated us in person ??

The office was great. I was flying with my pet. Unfortunately I lost his medication and have had a hard time trying to get a response. I called twice to get a prescription sent to me to refill. Then I found it and has questions about if I can still use it. It’s been over 48 hrs and I have not gotten a response. I realize times are difficult. However I have to go take my pet while out of state to a different facility because I can not get a answer. I can only assume I no one checks the website

Dr. Taylor and the entire staff have been exceptionally amazing. We are so thankful for the wonderful care our dog has received thus far.

I cannot comment on the facility due to waiting in the car.

I’ve moved state to state my entire life, constantly switching vets with my pets over the years. You guys are by far the best vet I’ve been to, from patience with the animals to explaining things well to the owners. Thank you!
