Very smooth accommodations with the Covid safety protocols Was extremely impressed Dr. Taylor came out to my vehicle to speak with me regarding my dogs well visit.

This visit was as great as all previous visits. With COVID-19 I was not allowed inside. In previous visits the practice has always been very clean. The staff is awesome and always friendly.

Very impressed with the staff and Dr Taylor. Everything went smoothly, was explained thoroughly and all my questions answered.

During Covid-19, I was unable to go into office, but I had been there prior and the staff is wonderful at this location as well as the Ashburn location. I have used AMCL for years and will continue to do so as they take such wonderful care of our dear pets.

I know the Corona Virus is a concern but I would very much like to be with Annie when she is seen. Especially now that winter is coming. She’s I. The office a lot now and it would just ease my mind to know I can be with her. I just would like to see normal operations in 2021. Thank you for all your help with her this year- it’s been emotionally draining and I didn’t think she would make it to share another Christmas but she has and I think that’s in large part to Dr Taylor and his care. He has taken more time with her than the Vets at CVCA. They are nice but it’s very much a visit and a quick phone call after- no time to process what they are telling you. Dr Taylor is always shows great sympathy and patience while I process the idea that my beloved pet is on borrowed time. He always tells me how good she looks and stays positive but realistic- it must be difficult to keep that balance but he does it beautifully. The staff is also so nice when they bring her out. They always tell me how sweet she is and what a good girl she was (she’s never bitten anyone or tried to bite anyone in her 16 years) I’m sure that’s a natural instinct for dogs when they are scared. She doesn’t always like the exams but she just accepts it. It is easier if I’m there to hold her though. Thanks again for your help!

Hate having to sit in the car. I understand though. Prefer meeting the staff. Actually prefer going into treatment with my pet! Good thing everything was 5 stars. No mouse on an iPad!

Dr. Kingsley has been very thorough trying to figure out what is wrong with my dog s eye. She and her staff have been so kind and my dog cries with joy when we enter the parking lot. Since I can t go in with him it is reassuring knowing that he is loved and well cared for while he is away from me.

Without a doubt, the very BEST Vets, Vet Assistants and staff in the world. They love your animals and treat you like Family. We are 21 year customers and would not dream of going anywhere else.

Everyone there is so nice and so helpful. The time and care that everyone there takes is amazing and much appreciated. Thank you.

I have not seen the facility so can’t comment on that but the staff was friendly and professional and appreciate the accommodation to see my dog on emergency when other hospitals couldn’t. The availability for emergency matters is a huge plus!! Thank you!

We are new to the area and were able to be seen quickly! I felt that the clinic was sensitive to my pet s need and his anxiety. The doctor and staff were more than willing to help ease his anxiety and chose the best plan for him! I felt we were listened to and our pet s anxiety was thought of first and foremost and he is feeling so much better!

I love this practice. Only comment was I filled out the paperwork for the visit and also mentioned that he was having a gum issue with his mouth. I also mentioned it to the staff who came to the car to get him. The issue wasn t addressed and I totally forgot to ask because I was on a work call during the appointment. Thats on me, but having putting the issue on the paperwork as well as mentioning it in person - it fell through all the cracks. Other than that - I refer people to you all the time.

Customer service has been excellent. Above and beyond.

I’m very pleased with this office and Dr. Keith Taylor and his staff are the best. Finally I’ve found a home for my fur babies after seeing many others. I really appreciate that they call the day after to ask how’s your pet doing, that shows to me they really care.
