Unfortunately, because my dog was too anxious and fiesty, we needed to reschedule the appointment to have her put under sedation in order to allow the doctor to give her another injection (vaccination) and to draw blood for heart worm testing.

I would appreciate the vet come back to give the medicine. Also, I think is better if the vet or the technician give the first medicine. Also, at the end I didn t know if we can go again to check if the medicine work. The vet was no to friendly.

Even when B Animal clinic is very busy the vets and techs are patient and careful with my dog. They listen to me carefully and handle my dog with such kindness.

Perhaps the vet tech could introduce herself. That just seems to make the meeting more personal and relaxed. Our first visit to your facility was very positive . I was happy to hear that Dr Maxwell also has cats and we appreciate her helpful recommendations for reaching a healthy weight for Valentino. J P

The techs were gentle with Shane who was very scared. They were able to get the medicine in his ear very quickly and without traumatizing him. I thought the techs were very good.
