Everyone was absolutely wonderful, and delivered top notch service. Dr. Paige was incredibly thorough, kind, and knowledgeable.

We appreciate the staff accommodating our semi-emergency need to have our dog examined for multi-episodes of vomiting, last one with blood. Dr. Paige was very thorough and explained everything, answering all our questions.

I recently had an annual exam with vaccinations and was set up for tech visit in 2 weeks later for the 2nd dose of one of the vaccines. I was charged and office staff and overhead cost again for this appt ($48). I think if coming back for basically a completion of the first visit for an appt that takes about 5-10 min you shouldn’t charge the staff and overhead cost again.

The Dr was outstanding !

When setting up the appointment I selected a certain vet since we have had great experiences with her in the past, but when we arrived a new vet came in. I understand things happen, but it is nice to know when scheduling that we will be seeing someone who knows our dog’s history and that we know goes above and beyond during our appointments. It was still a good appointment and the new vet was very nice, but I feel like the same attention to detail wasn’t made.

Totally respect and value the care provided by Dr. Boss and her associates.

Everyone is great

We will always bring our dogs to Best Friends. They’re always treated so well, and the staff is so kind and caring to us. We don’t live in the area anymore, but we will always make the drive. 10/10 recommend. (Shoutout to the staff for also being great photographers - the dogs have the cutest headshots!)

I really appreciated the call back from Dr. R when our pup was stung by a bee. At the time, we didn’t have are first puppy visit.

Dr. Hines & Olivia were great. Interaction with Percy was good, explained everything very well. Both were hands on & showed they they really cared. Good visit.

it ll great especially the knowledge of the medical staff. We trust that they know all the newest and best treatments and care. The cost is very high but the care is very good!

I love all the staff I have meet there. I always feel welcomed and appreciated. I drive there from Milwaukee because they are all awesome. love how Dr. Bost really explains things to me for my pets. Best Friends Vet staff could teach some other places how to be welcoming. Thamk you for all you do.
