We greatly appreciate getting our cat Ivy into the clinic quickly, even though it wasn t an emergency. Dr Boss is always very caring and attentive, and she explains things very well. We also appreciate the follow-up, even on her day off.

Care for my pet from the Best Friends team has always been excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and the facility is welcoming and clean. I m happy we are able to come to Best Friends for care!

Dr. And tech staff very understanding of my dogs special situation. Yes, I know they re all special ??

Requested annual vaccines in order to board dog. Set up with annual physical. $575 is way too expensive for an annual expense on a healthy 3 year old dog. From now on I will only get required vaccines. If you are unwilling to vaccinate without physical then we will find somewhere else to take the dog.

We were impressed with how the vet tech was in with the vet comforting and giving our puppy treats while the vet was examining him. We were worried about him being fearful and that that would carry through to future appointments. We are very pleased we made the change to Best Friends clinic. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly and it was noticed and appreciated.

Everything had been great until my feeding appointment on Saturday. Kimberly informed me there were no rooms available. Than she said she had to stay close to the vet in case she needed her, she took my cat away causing me great stress. She was back in no time. I can t believe she fed the cat 45 cc. I wasn t there. She than accused me of not caring about the other animals etc. No follow up to the care of my cat was given. Front desk people tried to be helpful. I asked for the meds etc to take with me as I was at a loss of what to do next. It took a half hour to locate them. It was a disturbing experience.
