We had just shampooed our dog before our office visit. Before we entered the building, my husband took Bentley in the area to relieve himself. When we entered the examination room, I smelled a horrible stench. When we returned home, it was overwhelming actually making me nauseous. We bathed him again.... And again....and again. And finally, we bathed him in baking soda. The odor is now much better. I don t know if there s a solution for you to spray in that area to get rid of the odor. We definitely will not take him in that area again. Besides that, our visit was great. The technician and Dr. Paige are always the consummate professionals, taking time to make the pet at ease and taking time to clearly explaining care to us.

Everything was just Perfect! The staff and doctor Page, they made Winnie and I so comfortable. Thank you!

We do enjoy Best Friends Veterinary Center and will continue to go there. One item to consider is the Office Staff & Overhead Cost portion of the bill was not covered by our pet insurance, so we had to pay out of pocket for it. It would be nice if the extra charge could be rolled into the Exam/Visit charge.

If I did not love my primary veterinary already, I would not hesitate to switch. Everyone is so nice and willing to help here.

Dr. Ripperger and Olivia were wonderful with Mac especially since he was nervous as it was his first appointment! He LOVED the baby food!
