I always find the staff pleasant and polite. Louie had his nails trimmed. The staff treated him just as we would. He was held, cuddled and praised.

I love all the staff and vets @ PAH. Both me and my pets feel welcome and happy to be there. You are one of my favourite things about Kingston. Choosing a new vet (after having the same vet since I was a little girl), in a new city was hard but you guys are awesome! So happy I found you.

The staff at Downtown Animal Hospital were very friendly and informative. They were patient and affectionate with my puppy, Alice, who is sometimes shy, and she warmed up to the staff very quickly. I was pleased with my first experience and feel good about taking Alice back for future care.

The whole process was amazing, right down to the first phone call booking the appointment. They were all very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. I will definitely be referring them to my friends with their pets. Having a coupon off our first visit was also very helpful!
