Waiting in the car with pets in 100+ degrees, while waiting for someone to come out and get the pets does not work well. Can t run the vehicle for long with a/c, can t take pets out of car and wait times are over 1/2 hour sometimes.

The doctors and staff are absolutely wonderful! They took great care of our Kitty when another vet wasn t able to. Thank you so much.

I really want to say that I appreciate SO MUCH that you guys made an opening for me. You were one of the few vets open on the Sunday morning after my dog got attacked by another dog. Kelsey (I think? I m sorry if I forgot your name!) at the front desk was so sweet and went the extra mile to help me get in and be seen, and I appreciated the follow up call the next day to check in on my dog. Thank y all!

My dog had hurt her leg, and that was the reason for the emergency appointment. When I called when I arrived at 5:55 for a 6:00 appointment, I was told to stand next to the building and someone would come out. Luckily my dog was not seriously injured because I stood there for over 20 minutes. Otherwise I have no other issues, and I will return for Frances’ care.

Don’t really have anything bad to say- we have taken our pup here for all his check ups and shots over the past few years , you guys are great - the vets and staff have all been really sweet and wonderful each time.

I understand the policy of treating abscesses as a skin infection first, but I gave very detailed information about giving my dog a new chew treat the night before the abscess appeared. Once my pup was properly diagnosed with broken teeth causing their abscess, they were treated promptly, and I was given amazing information about recovery including a morning after call. You’ve always treated my pups quickly and with dignity. I will continue to being my pups to you.

I had my dogs teeth cleaned and was given two prices (from two separate people) and then when I arrived I was informed that it was $100 more than I anticipated (bc if my dogs age and needing bloodwork). I also wasn’t told my dog couldn’t eat breakfast so that put a damper on your days schedule and I was bummed to put that on your guys. When I was called about needed extractions the person calling wasn’t able to explain the situation well. I was left wondering if this was common or if I should get a second opinion before my dog had 5 teeth removed. On my follow up appt I worked with a different vet tech and she was so knowledgeable. She explained why those extractions were needed and how common they were. She suggested a good cleaning schedule for my dog and I left feeling much better about the whole experience. If I had interacted with that woman for the full experience, I think I would have felt much more comfortable with everything.

They got Laila in within 1hr after I told them she was bit by a dog on her face. They were quick and got her completely taken care of

I would like to speak with the Vet even via Skype before my dog has her appointment for the spay procedure. I am very nervous about the surgery and I don t know the doctor. My friend owns a clinic and I have 2 other friends that are vets and I trust them, but I have yet to meet our own vet at the clinic here, which is by our home. I don t want to be difficult,but this little rescue dog of ours means the world to me.
