I loved the vet that operated on my puppy. All of the staff went out of there way to reassure my dog!! I went into the vet hospital for a laparoscopic spay and I can’t say enough good things. I was using a vet closer to my house but I’m switching!!

It was our first time there and the staff was great. My cat had an injury on the back of its ear and they were able to work us in the next morning.

i just wanna say, i’ve only taken my animals here twice but my mom came here to get her 3 cats spayed, but i came here because my normal vet wouldn’t even do a check up to make sure my biggest fur baby was okay for at least 3 weeks... and it was an emergency!! my 10 month old german shepherd was bleeding from his ear, scratching it and yelping. my poor baby??. but finally after calling our vet, AND at least another 5 vets and pet hospitals, mast blvd pet hospital answered my call, reassured me that everything was going to be okay(i was worried about him and got anxiety), and scheduled for me to come in the same day - HES ALL BETTER NOW!! AND they don’t charge up-the-wazoo??!! they also treated my newest and youngest rescue fur baby’s tape worms in the same day and at the same time!! absolutely amazing staff as well, super polite and insightful. i definitely going there from now on for anything and everything health related to my fur babies. i’m also looking into spaying and neutering my cats and the prices are soooo much better than everywhere else we looked. i was afraid i was going to have to actually go through spending atleast $650-$800 on each kitty and another $1200 on my GS. BLESS THIS PET HOSPITAL!!???????? they have made my life so much easier! love you guys.

I suggest you get some plastic patio chairs for people waiting outside. They can be stacked and brought inside at night. Also, fix your webpage. I tried multiple times to set an appointment for a re-check for my dog. Nothing worked. I ended up having to call your office. I was put on hold. Then, while I was on the phone others had to be put on hold. This could really help your staff if you fix your webpage so it can be used by people with smart phones.

Due to Covid 19 we were not allowed into the facility. I understand why we can t be in there with our pets, but I do hope in the future we are allowed to go back with them again. We didn t enter the facility so I can t rate the cleanliness, however, this office has always been clean and tidy any time we have been here.
