I assumed I would drop my pup off and get calls updating me on her status. However, I was asked to stay in the parking lot while she had her visit. I was given an update by the tech coming to my car, the vet via phone and the person handling payment. They all had answers for me. It was just like a normal visit, but I got to hang out in my car. Doing great with with social distancing and keeping high quality of service a priority, I will 100% continue to support Mast Blvd. Pet Hospital.

We were unable to go inside the facility (due to COVID) but they were very organized and professional about answering questions/filling out the paperwork over the phone and going over procedures for post-surgery. They also followed up via phone call a few days later to check on my cats. Highly recommend!

I have been so impressed with each of the staff I’ve come in contact with, from my first visit 3 weeks ago when I thought MBPH was an urgent care and I stopped in with my pup and a possible broken foot. Each time I’ve called with a question, I’ve been treated with kindness and patience. Each tech and doctor I’ve seen has been thorough and empathetic. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Still haven’t received any update on blood test sent out for further testing to check for diabetes 2

My dog went in for a abscess he wasn’t eating very much was very down and wasn’t himself after taking him to your facility he came home happy loving and eating once again thank u all for your help and showing my dog rocky so much love and care during such hard time for are family

Made an appointment for my pup though there was no appointments available as I thought she had a foxtail in her paw. They are always super friendly with great customer service even through this COVID-19 pandemic.

Vet should be fired. HE lied about doing blood work. He told me my pet was fine but by the early a.m. he was crying ans convulsing. I got a different vet appt. I closed my accounts. I will not set foot at your door again.

The only thing that I am worried about is being able to actually meet/ask the doctors concerns as issues are discussed. I feel 3rd party go betweens can miss or misinterpret info sometimes. I have never met Dr. Thomas and that s who was giving the info.
