shot went rather quickly,not long wait.Tech came outside for Snowflake.

Staff was great. The only negative was it was very hot and standing in the sun was kind of uncomfortable.Although the wait time was short.

My dog Paris had extensive dental surgery. The the care and service we received was outstanding. They said I could call and check on her as often as I felt the need. So I called three times over the course of the day. Each and every time I was greeted with great care and they always made me feel like Paris was the only dog they had. They knew her and her name. I can t recommend Mast Pet Hospital enough. Consistent, caring service. Paris is doing so well after only a few days. These are difficult times with having to stay outside. The staff goes the extra mile to help overcome any difficulties.

We have no major issue to comment, everything seemed to flow smoothly despite all sorts of restrictions in place, sitting in our vehicle for a few minutes was not a problem.....Thank you

Nicole was so good to our dog Wiley as he acts aggressive but really is justbsuoer scared and because of covid we were not allowed in. She sat with him thank you so much for treating our bany like he was yours

As always you all are an excellent team. I plan to try to remember telling you when I arrive about my inability to wait and stand outside. I plan to wait in my car to get Annie and finish paperwork. Hopes this makes sense. Thank you for the care you provide Annie.

The Covid precautions were easy to follow and much appreciated. The vet tech was super friendly and my dog did not exhibit any sign of anxiety. Thanks so much.

I assumed I would drop my pup off and get calls updating me on her status. However, I was asked to stay in the parking lot while she had her visit. I was given an update by the tech coming to my car, the vet via phone and the person handling payment. They all had answers for me. It was just like a normal visit, but I got to hang out in my car. Doing great with with social distancing and keeping high quality of service a priority, I will 100% continue to support Mast Blvd. Pet Hospital.

We were unable to go inside the facility (due to COVID) but they were very organized and professional about answering questions/filling out the paperwork over the phone and going over procedures for post-surgery. They also followed up via phone call a few days later to check on my cats. Highly recommend!

I have been so impressed with each of the staff I’ve come in contact with, from my first visit 3 weeks ago when I thought MBPH was an urgent care and I stopped in with my pup and a possible broken foot. Each time I’ve called with a question, I’ve been treated with kindness and patience. Each tech and doctor I’ve seen has been thorough and empathetic. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Still haven’t received any update on blood test sent out for further testing to check for diabetes 2

Always very professional and friendly. I have always felt everyone knew there jobs, making me feel good whenever I bring my pet in. He means the world to me and I feel very comfortable with his care.

My dog went in for a abscess he wasn’t eating very much was very down and wasn’t himself after taking him to your facility he came home happy loving and eating once again thank u all for your help and showing my dog rocky so much love and care during such hard time for are family

Made an appointment for my pup though there was no appointments available as I thought she had a foxtail in her paw. They are always super friendly with great customer service even through this COVID-19 pandemic.

Staff and Physicians are very knowledgeable and kind. I only trust Mast Boulevard Pet Hospital for my furbabies!
