I like everything about AVS except the wait time for an appointment. The covid virus probably has an impact, but it s still concerning that an appointment has to be scheduled a week and half out.

About #5 above: More recently I brought our older cat in because he was lethargic. The appointment was same day as I called (thanks for that!) I was detained in my arrival because of car trouble. I called when I could but was told to come in anyway. My issue is that when I checked the bill at home (>$500), included a charge for emergency service. I have never heard of your clinic making such a charge. I called recently and asked for a refund of that charge. Your desk-person was very rude and refused to even make the request. I also think it is appropriate for your clinic to advise clients in advance if you are going to make such a charge. This bill was also over $500, by the way. Most of your desk staff are helpful; this is the only problem I ve had of this type. Thank you again for having such good programs for our pets.

I went in for my week old kitty and while he did pass away from serious injuries, Dr. Kyle was so nice and caring towards me and the kitten. He cared and worked with me on everything. He’s truly amazing.

I would give 5 stars for everything. I called with an acute problem and had been told by our regular vet provider that we would have to wait 4 weeks for an appt. Your office was able to get us in the next day. The staff was very kind and knowledgable. I want to thank everyone at the office for their prompt and friendly service. We will likely be looking to change our veterinarian needs to your office permanently.

the drs at auburn vet clinic are awesome, iv been taking my fur babies to them for close to 3 years, I love the care, the friendliness, and the whole place is just wonderful, the pond with the swans are so relaxing, can t say enough, ty sandy travous

I am very pleased by the kindness and loving staff that help with my poor dog when she got hit by a car. The doctor was straight forward and told us all of our options. Needless to stay our Maddison (16 year old Dauchound) is doing great and hopefully she will be back to normal soon. The staff has been just wonderful and they are checking up on her constantly.
